Products to claim must be returned to the seller within 14 calendar days.
It is possible to send products to:

• 14 day period applies
• they are unused
• neither the packaging nor the product has been damaged
• are packed in the original packaging

The buyer sends goods for complaint at his own cost, we do not accept cash on delivery packages.
In case of non-observance of the instructions described above, the seller may reject the claim.
